Every Story Has A Beginning…

We are an American couple hailing from Denver, Colorado. After serendipitously meeting on myspace.com in spring 2005, we tied the knot several years later in spring 2008—a myspace success! Our first real adventure together has taken us to the southern hemisphere—a long-time dream that finally came to pass! God opened doors for us, one after another, during a year of preparation, and now we are here in New Zealand following God’s lead.

Our sole purpose in creating this website is so that YOU can keep up with us and all our NZ happenings. Instead of monthly support letters, we will faithfully update our blog and send out regular updates via email. You can sign up for these email “newsletters” at the bottom of the page. We believe in a co-missional approach. We need your prayers and words from the Lord. It’s about community—about our network of friends and family sending us overseas and being involved in what we are doing.

We are excited to have you be a part of this journey, whether through your prayer or financial support, or through you actually coming down to see us or spend time serving alongside us. We definitely have room to host you! Let us know and we can help you plan your stay (the best airfare is during NZ’s off season, which is during the US spring + summer).
